Residential Architecture:  N-House by Takato Tamagami: “..two homes in Tokyo that are tangled around each other..Named N-House, the four-storey building for two generations of the same family features pointed overhangs, balcony terraces and a rooftop garden with an overbearing ceiling..The whole building jolts around a courtyard that belongs to the smallest residence but is overlooked by both..The largest of the two houses has rooms on every storey and has a living and dining room that occupies the entire top floor..”  Extensive glazing, natural light, interesting geometry and interior volumes; central courtyard, balconies and roof terrace..
